Featured project: My Health Benefit Finder

In my role as Creative Director, Innovation at Elevance Health, I co-created myhealthbenefitfinder.com. This digital decision tool is helping hundreds of thousands of Americans who lost their Medicaid coverage find, and enroll in, health insurance and other critical benefits.

As a member of the cross-functional team developing this tool, I consulted on UI and site microcopy, created messaging frameworks, wrote internal and external promotional content, and scripted/storyboarded a demo video.

Elevance Health Innovation Creative team microsite

As Creative Director, Innovation at Fortune 20 company Elevance Health (formerly Anthem, Inc.), I partner with experts to pitch, prototype, and promote innovative digital healthcare solutions. My team is not a typical creative team, so to share our unique capabilities with internal partners, we created this custom microsite on Ceros (password required). The site tells our story as innovators and creatives and invites others to be part of it. (Art direction and design: Anu Agarwal. Animation: Matt Minchello)
With/without Pega interactive graphics
At Pega, I wrote copy and developed stories for 3 interactive web graphics that explain how their AI and automation software makes a difference. Readers can click through to modals that illustrate the technology in more detail or skim the headlines for a quick summary. Photography and storytelling put a human face on the software.
